Avantor is looking for a Site Manager to drive innovation and excellence across our customer operations in Brussels-Wallonia. In this hybrid role, you'll wear two hats: Project Manager and Site Lead. You'll lead strategic initiatives while overseeing daily operations and empowering a team of 60–70 associates. How you will thrive and create an impact Project Leadership & Business Development Lead and deliver impactful projects in areas like Digital Solutions, Inventory Management, and Quality Management. Drive continuous improvement using proven methodologies and tools. Support new partnership implementations and business development initiatives. Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation with precision. Site & Team Management Ensure smooth daily operations and high performance across your team. Recruit, train, and coach associates and Team Leaders. Champion process improvements and sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery. What we're looking for Education: Bachelor's or Master's in a business-related field. Experience: Proven track record in project and people management. Experience in contract negotiation or service coordination is a plus. Languages: Fluent in French (essential) and English. Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office; Power BI and Visio are assets. Soft Skills: Customer-focused, resilient, adaptable, and highly motivated. Other: Valid driver's license required. Our offer to you Permanent contract with a competitive salary.
